Welcome! I’m Jake McCarthy, a dedicated personal trainer and second-degree black belt with a passion for kickboxing and self-defence. As a former Kickboxing WAKO British Champion, I’ve honed my skills and gained invaluable experience, which I now share with my clients and students.

With years of experience as an instructor, I specialise in adapting classes and training sessions to meet the unique needs and abilities of each individual. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, my goal is to help you achieve your personal best.

I find immense joy in witnessing the progress and growth of my clients and students. One of the most rewarding aspects of my career is presenting belts after gradings, a testament to the hard work and dedication of each person I train.
